JJH2 Music LLC was created to help musicians move beyond simply learning notes and begin communicating music with emotion, confidence, and purpose.

Founded by John J. Hunter II, JJH2 Music brings together choral conducting, voice, piano, percussion, theater, sacred music, songwriting, hymn writing, jazz improvisation, and expressive performance coaching into one powerful approach to music education.

John J. Hunter II holds a Master of Arts in Choral Conducting from Mansfield University and a Bachelor of Arts in Church Music from Averett University. His teaching philosophy centers on expressive musicality — the art of shaping music through phrasing, rhythm, emotion, storytelling, and human connection.
