By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or participating in any JJH2 Music LLC course, lesson, workshop, consultation, digital product, or service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed except where expressly stated in writing, and eligibility may depend on the type of service purchased, the timing of the request, and whether services or materials have already been delivered or accessed.
JJH2 Music LLC reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to update this policy at any time.
Refund Policy - the basics

JJH2 Music LLC (“JJH2 Music,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing quality music education, coaching, workshops, courses, and related services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, credits, and missed sessions are handled.
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any JJH2 Music LLC service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for JJH2 Music LLC courses, workshops, lessons, consultations, and digital offerings are paid upfront.
For multi-week courses or programs, students may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the official start date of the course.
Refund requests made after the 7-day refund window are generally not eligible for a refund.
2. 7-Day Course Refund Window
For eligible courses and programs, a student may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the course begins.
To request a refund, the student must contact JJH2 Music LLC in writing by email within the 7-day refund period.
Refund requests should include:
Student name
Course or program name
Date of purchase or registration
Reason for the refund request
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
Completed private lessons, coaching sessions, consultations, or workshops
Missed classes or missed appointments
Digital downloads, recordings, PDFs, templates, workbooks, or other downloadable resources once accessed or delivered
Administrative fees, processing fees, or platform fees, if applicable
Promotional, discounted, or special-offer purchases marked as non-refundable
Services already rendered or substantially delivered
4. Private Lessons, Coaching, and Consultations
Private lessons, coaching sessions, and consultations are reserved appointment times.
Refunds are not generally provided for completed sessions. If a student needs to reschedule, the request must be made at least 24 hours in advance, unless there is an emergency.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be charged in full.
JJH2 Music LLC may, at its discretion, allow a one-time reschedule or credit depending on the circumstances.
5. Missed Classes in a Group Course
Group course tuition reserves a student’s place in the full course, not only individual class attendance.
If a student misses a live class, no partial refund is given for the missed session. When available, students may access class recordings, replays, handouts, or other course materials.
Access to recordings or materials is provided according to the specific terms of the course.
6. Course Cancellations by JJH2 Music LLC
If JJH2 Music LLC cancels a course, workshop, lesson, or service before it begins, students may receive either:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future JJH2 Music LLC offering, if the student prefers.
If a course has already begun and JJH2 Music LLC must cancel the remaining sessions, JJH2 Music LLC may offer a prorated refund, course credit, rescheduled sessions, or another reasonable solution.
7. Rescheduled Classes or Sessions
JJH2 Music LLC may occasionally need to reschedule a class, workshop, lesson, or consultation due to illness, emergency, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances.
When possible, JJH2 Music LLC will provide notice and offer a makeup session, recording, credit, or rescheduled date.
A rescheduled class or session does not automatically qualify for a refund.
8. Digital Courses and Online Materials
For digital courses, online recordings, lifetime replays, downloadable resources, or self-paced materials, refunds may be limited once the student has accessed, downloaded, or received the materials.
Because digital content can be copied or saved, JJH2 Music LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests for digital materials that have already been delivered or accessed.
9. Payment Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the payment provider, bank, or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on the customer’s account.
JJH2 Music LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party platforms.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact JJH2 Music LLC directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting JJH2 Music LLC, access to courses, materials, recordings, or services may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
11. Special Circumstances
JJH2 Music LLC understands that emergencies, illness, family situations, or unexpected events may occur.
In special circumstances, JJH2 Music LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, transfer, reschedule, or other accommodation. These exceptions are not guaranteed and do not change the general Refund Policy.
